Updated Terms and Conditions

Hopefully we will all be able to start booking holidays again soon.  We have updated our terms and conditions to reflect the current situation with a reduced deposit size and guarantee we will refund you if we have another lock down.  If you have any questions about this please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellation policy

If you have to cancel your booking, 75% of the full amount will be refunded provided the cancellation is made at least 28 days before the date of arrival. If we manage to re let the property you will be given a full refund minus a 5% admin fee.

If cancellation is made within 28 days of arrival (or your booking is made within 28 days of your arrival date) then your payment is non-refundable. If we manage to re-let the property, you will be given a full refund minus a 5% admin fee.

We will offer a full refund if either North Mere or you, as the guest, are in a government lockdown, enforceable by law.  We will not offer a refund for guest illness or guests required to self-isolate.  There is holiday cancellation insurance available to protect you against losses in this situation and we strongly recommend that you take this out before you make your booking.
